Submissions

All submissions must meet the following requirements before they can proceed to editorial assessment or peer review.

• This submission meets all requirements outlined in the CJMLIT Author Guidelines.
• The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not currently under consideration by another journal. Any related, overlapping, previously published, or publicly disseminated work has been appropriately disclosed.
• A cover letter is mandatory at the time of submission. The cover letter must clearly explain the originality of the manuscript, its main scientific or technical contribution, the specific research gap addressed, its added value compared with existing literature, and why the work is relevant to the aims and scope of CJMLIT. The cover letter should not merely reproduce the abstract.
• The manuscript has been prepared using the official CJMLIT LaTeX Template, and all journal formatting requirements have been carefully followed.
• The complete LaTeX source package has been provided, including the main .tex file, bibliography files, figures, tables, class/style files, and all other files required for successful compilation.
• The submitted LaTeX source compiles successfully without blocking errors, missing files, unresolved references, or other compilation issues. The resulting PDF has been carefully reviewed by the authors before submission.
• A complete reference list is mandatory at the time of initial submission. References must not be omitted, replaced by placeholders, or deferred to a later revision, copyediting, or production stage.
• All references have been checked for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with the journal's citation style. DOI information has been verified and included where available. The bibliography contains no incomplete, fictitious, duplicated, irrelevant, unverifiable, or placeholder references.
• All references cited in the text appear in the reference list, and all references included in the reference list are cited in the manuscript.
• A short professional biography for each author is mandatory at the time of submission. Because CJMLIT follows a double-anonymous peer-review process, author biographies must not appear in the anonymized manuscript submitted for review. They must instead be provided through the appropriate non-anonymized submission file or journal metadata, as requested by the journal.
• Every author must have a valid ORCID iD at the time of submission. The ORCID iD of each author must be accurately entered in the corresponding author record in OJS. Submissions with missing or incomplete ORCID information may be returned to the authors before editorial processing.
• All required author information has been accurately entered in OJS, including full names, affiliations, institutional information, email addresses, ORCID iDs, and all other required metadata.
• The order of authors entered in OJS corresponds exactly to the intended authorship order of the manuscript. All listed authors satisfy the journal's authorship requirements and have approved the submitted version.
• The manuscript submitted for double-anonymous peer review has been fully anonymized. Author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, identifying funding information, author biographies, identifying repository links, document properties or metadata, and any other information that could directly reveal the authors' identities have been removed from the review manuscript.
• Where self-citations are necessary, they have been written in a manner that does not unnecessarily reveal the authors' identities during double-anonymous peer review.
• The manuscript has been thoroughly proofread and contains no tracked changes, comments, revision instructions, highlighted editing notes, unresolved placeholders, duplicated paragraphs, conflicting versions of the same text, reviewer instructions, editorial notes, or other residual editing artifacts.
• Any use of artificial intelligence or AI-assisted writing tools has been carefully supervised by the authors. AI tools have not been used as a substitute for scholarly writing, scientific reasoning, critical analysis, verification of results, reference verification, or human proofreading.
• The authors have carefully reviewed all AI-assisted content and accept full responsibility for the accuracy, originality, coherence, scientific integrity, citations, interpretations, and presentation of the submitted manuscript.
• The manuscript does not contain duplicated, contradictory, improperly merged, or mechanically generated passages resulting from insufficient review of AI-assisted or manually revised content.
• All abbreviations and acronyms are defined at their first occurrence and are used consistently throughout the manuscript. Where required by the journal template, the list of abbreviations has also been completed.
• Each major section of the manuscript is appropriately introduced and logically connected to the preceding and following sections.
• All figures, tables, equations, and algorithms are numbered consistently and are explicitly cited and discussed in the manuscript before their first appearance.
• Figure, table, equation, algorithm, and section numbering have been checked throughout the manuscript and contain no duplicate, missing, incorrect, or inconsistent numbering.
• All figures and illustrations are of publication quality, readable at normal viewing size, and contain clear labels, legends, captions, units, and explanatory information where applicable.
• All tables are correctly formatted and readable. Long tables that extend across pages are properly continued, with repeated column headings and appropriate continuation labels where necessary.
• All equations have been checked for mathematical correctness, notation consistency, and correspondence with the surrounding explanations.
• All numerical values, tables, equations, figures, experimental results, performance metrics, percentages, confidence intervals, and statements reported in different parts of the manuscript have been checked for internal consistency.
• Claims made in the abstract, introduction, results, discussion, and conclusion are supported by the experiments, analyses, references, or evidence presented in the manuscript.
• The manuscript clearly distinguishes demonstrated results from assumptions, interpretations, limitations, future work, or capabilities that have not been experimentally validated.
• The experimental methodology is described with sufficient detail to allow readers to understand how the reported results were obtained.
• Where applicable, sufficient information has been provided to support reproducibility, including datasets, source code, software and library versions, experimental settings, model configurations, hyperparameters, hardware information, simulation configurations, repositories, licenses, random seeds, and data/code availability statements.
• If source code, datasets, supplementary files, repositories, or other research artifacts are referenced in the manuscript, the corresponding links are functional and provide access consistent with the statements made in the manuscript.
• All ethical, privacy, consent, conflict-of-interest, funding, data-availability, code-availability, and other declarations required for the nature of the study have been provided where applicable.
• Permission has been obtained to publish all photographs, figures, illustrations, datasets, copyrighted material, and other third-party content included with the submission where such permission is required. Appropriate attribution has been provided.
• For revised submissions, the authors have addressed all reviewer and editor comments and have provided all requested revision materials, including a clean revised manuscript, a marked version clearly showing the changes, and a point-by-point response to reviewers or editors where requested.
• For revised submissions, all modifications introduced during revision have been carefully integrated into the manuscript. The revised document contains no overlapping old and new text, duplicated corrections, obsolete passages, inconsistent equations, or contradictory versions of the same result.
• The authors understand that the submission checklist constitutes part of the journal's submission requirements. Failure to comply with the journal's formatting, anonymization, ORCID, author metadata, biography, cover letter, reference, LaTeX source file, scientific-integrity, or editorial-quality requirements may result in the manuscript being returned for correction, delayed, or rejected before or during the editorial process.
